PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition rates take into account holidays, school closures, and months with as little as two weeks and as many as five weeks in them. Shorter months, such as December and June, are not pro-rated. Tuition is automatically charged to your credit card on file on the 1st of every month. It is your responsibility to notify the office (membership@agapedance.com) of any changes in billing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged tuition for the upcoming month. IMPORTANT: All drop requests must be sent to the email address above—requests sent to any other email or by any other method (eg. Facebook message, text, phone call) will not be honored. Classes with less than 6 students are subject to cancellation—we will do our best to find a suitable replacement class for your child.
